In support of your application, please attach copies of the following mandatory documents. Membership will not be awarded if these documents are not submitted.
- Company Registration Document
- DHET Registration Letter
- Qualification Council Registration Letter (CHE / QCTO or SETA / Umalusi)
Any one of the accreditation bodies
Included:
• 1 voucher to attend APPETD workshop.
• Attendance to skills development training, capacity building and advocacy seminars.
Any combination of two accreditation bodies
Included:
• 2 vouchers to attend APPETD workshop.
• Attendance to skills development training, capacity building and advocacy seminars.
Any combination of three accreditation bodies
Included:
• 3 vouchers to attend APPETD workshop.
• Attendance to skills development training, capacity building and advocacy seminars.
Documentation Required
Copy of accreditation certificate(s) and DHET registration certificate or letter from DHET confirming that registration is in progress
Category D
Consultants, NPO’s, Short-programme providers or In the process of accreditation
Included:
• Exposure to business opportunities.
• Credibility as a member of an industry-recognised body.
• Attendance to skills development training, capacity building and advocacy seminars.
Any public institution or enterprise
Included:
• Attendance to skills development training, capacity building and advocacy seminars
• 1 voucher to attend APPETD workshop.
Any person in its personal/own status that does not have a legal entity
Included:
• Attendance to skills development training, capacity building and advocacy seminars.
Declaration
The organisation registering for any of the above hereby agrees to and undertakes the following:
– To operate in a quality-driven, ethical, transparent, legal and fair manner always.
– To not misrepresent or fraudulently promote the member organisation, its legal standing, its qualification(s), its accreditation(s) and/or registration(s).
– To represent and uphold the integrity of APPETD and its members, maintaining high levels of ethics and personal conduct always. Behaviour contrary to this principle will result in APPETD membership being revoked.
– To pay in full any and all membership fees due to APPETD within 30 days of issue of pro-forma invoice.
– To forfeit any and all membership fees paid to APPETD should membership be terminated for whatsoever reason by either party.
APPETD reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications.
